Reducing cortisol levels, your stress hormone, will help to balance other hormones. There are many ways you can reduce stress, such as meditation, some forms of exercise and emotional therapies. Your wellness coach can inform you and help you choose the best option for you.

Improving physical health with diet and exercise has many benefits, including reducing menopause symptoms, managing mental health and improving physical wellbeing. Exercise should be fun, so keep persevering until you find the right workouts and trainers for you. Your wellness coach can discuss your options and help you enjoy maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

You may require medical intervention to help with your symptoms and hormone imbalances. Your Wellness Coach can refer you to the best medical specialist for your specific needs. There are also other holistic therapies that may help improve your hormone balance, either in conjunction with or without medical intervention.
