Reflexology can help regulate hormones, glandular functions of the body and balance both the physical and emotional systems. For example, working on the hypothalamus and pituitary glands supports the endocrine system, which can alleviate some of the symptoms of menopause like hot flushes, stress and anxiety. In addition, sleep can be aided by calming the central nervous system. Reflexology also aids the regulation of the ovaries release of oestrogen.

After working in the fast-paced and high-pressured marketing and events industry for over 15 years, Emma understands the importance of switching off and recharging. Taking time out to rebalance, helps better prepare us to face the challenges of the modern world.


Training in Reflexology in 2015 and Indian Head in 2019, her holistic side-hustle became her main focus when the event industry suffered due to the pandemic.

In addition to her own practise, Emma facilitates wellbeing and mental health training in the workplace, bringing her corporate and holistic experience together, offering her total flexibility to work around two young children, and the freedom to continue freelance marketing for charities and start-ups.

This 45-minute treatment will restore balance and wellbeing. Reclined in a chair, the foot massage will treat your whole body.
